This interpretive piece was inspired by the highly acclaimed 1935 animated Disney short “The Band Concert” featuring Mickey Mouse as the Conductor, Goofy on clarinet, Clarabelle on flute, Horace Horsecollar on percussion, Peter Pig on trumpet and Paddy Pig on tuba with an unexpected (and unwanted) guest on flute: Donald Duck.
